What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and bank transfer (annual plans only). All invoices are issued in your local currency and comply with local tax regulations. Download invoices anytime from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
How secure is my company data?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on Tier-3 data centres with 99.9% uptime, daily encrypted backups, role-based access control, full audit logging, and ISO 27001-aligned procedures.
Is Kawader GDPR and PDPL compliant?
Yes. Kawader complies with GDPR (EU), PDPL (Egypt), and KSA Personal Data Protection Law. Employees can request data export or erasure from their profile, and the platform supports data residency requirements where applicable.
